The Apartment
The apartment is ideally placed for exploring what Normandy has to offer or if you wish to venture into Brittany the border is only 20 minutes away.
There are beautiful, sandy beaches within easy reach, the nearest only 30 minutes drive at Carolles or Jullouville.
There is plenty to see and do nearby with Mont St Michel only a 30 minute drive away.
There are markets in the surrounding towns most days of the week with one of the largest ones held on Wednesdays at Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët about 20 minutes away.
We have a friendly bar in the village which apart from being somewhere to have a glass of wine or beer in the evening or a coffee and a pastry in the morning, sells bread and pastries, has a good selection of wine and bottles of the local cider, the bar also provides a post office service so you can send your postcards to friends and family.
The bar has now been extended to accomodate a small shop selling provisions and a decking area for sitting outside whilst enjoying a drink with a view of the church and watching village life.

INSIDE

LIVING AREA
The living area is bright and airy, a sociable space which includes the kitchenette and dining area. To the rear there are patio doors leading out to the spacious back garden with a patio area and seating for 6 people.

KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette is fully equipped and provides you with a four-ringed gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge/freezer. There is a dining area with table and chairs to seat up to 6 people.

BATHROOM
A door from the living area leads down some
steps to a separate toilet and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a sink, bidet, heated towel rail and a washing machine.
BEDROOMS

BEDROOM 1
Off the living area, through a dressing room is a double bedroom at the rear of the apartment with a view of the back garden.

BEDROOM 2
Off the living area is another double bedroom at the front of the apartment with a view of the front garden.
BEDROOM 3
The twin bedroom is accesed from bedroom 2 and is also at the front of the apartment with a view of the front garden.
OUTSIDE

PATIO AREA
A lovely space for sitting and eating outside, accessed from the patio doors. There is also an airer for drying clothes or towels outside.

BACK GARDEN
If you want even more outside space there is the back lawn, where you can help yourself to the raspberries when they are in season.

DRIVEWAY
There is parking in front of the apartment which overlooks the front garden.
